How to place an order?

On the product page, select your preferred variant (if available) and add the product to the cart.

If you do not need to purchase anything else, you can proceed directly with the purchase via the pop-up cart. Select a shipping and payment method. If you have a discount code, enter it under “Promotional Code”.

Enter your shipping details and, on the next page, your payment details. Check that everything provided is correct and then click on “Place Order”. After a few minutes, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details. As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a new notification by e-mail from the courier with the tracking number.

Is it necessary to have an account to place an order?

No, it’s not necessary. At checkout you can choose whether to create it, subscribe to the newsletter or both. By subscribing to the newsletter you get a 10% welcome discount code and you can stay updated on news and access exclusive offers.

How can I return an order?

You can make the return within 14 days from the date of shipment. The return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

All the information necessary for the performance of returns will be sent by email – shop@vittoriacavannafashionstudio.com – with the return label and the document confirming the withdrawal reservation.

Returns will only be accepted if the products have no visible signs of wear and the labels have not been removed. After the inspection and acceptance of the returned goods, we will process the refund, at which time you will receive an e-mail notification. It may take a couple of days for the refund to be credited back to your credit card.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is the reservation of an item not yet available for sale, but which will be soon. An indicative delivery date is indicated for each pre-order on the product page.

For orders that include both already available and pre-order products, the items will be shipped at different times. For orders that include pre-order products with different delivery dates, each item will be shipped separately as soon as available. In any case, you will receive a confirmation email upon shipment.

What can I do if a product is no longer available?

If the product is sold-out, it does not mean that it will not be back in stock. You can register directly on the product page to be notified by email as soon as it becomes available again.

Our production is 100% artisanal and made in Italy. All products are made in our studio in Via di Scurreria 2 / A, in Genoa (Italy).


How can I make the payment?

Vittoria Cavanna Fashion Studio does not manage payments directly but uses external payment systems to ensure maximum security such as Paypal and Stripe.

We accept payments via Paypal and all credit cards belonging to the Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express circuits. Payments by bank transfer or cash on delivery are not allowed.


What are the delivery timing and costs?

We ship exclusively throughout Italy, with the following timing (unless otherwise indicated on the product page):

  • Express Shipping (2/3 working days) € 6
  • Order value equal to or greater than € 100 free shipping (2/3 working days)

How can I track the status of the shipment?

Orders placed are taken over within 48 hours of receipt of it. Once the order is processed, it will be prepared and delivered to the courier for shipment according to the times described above.

Each order will have a unique tracking code, generated by our shipping service, which will be visible directly on the shipping confirmation email.

How is my order shipped?

All orders are carefully packaged in a completely plastic free packaging. Our boxes are FSC certified and our mailers are 100% compostable.


Returns and Refunds Policy

Customers have 14 days from the delivery or collection date to make a return. The return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Please specify the reason for the return in the email. Returns will only be accepted if the products have no visible signs of wear and the labels have not been removed.
